Who
we are
Established in 2003, we are
specialist suppliers (and, in many cases, sole U.K importers) of wines
from some of the best small growers in the south and south-west of France.
Our wines have received numerous recommendations from top wine critics, including Jancis Robinson M.W, Tim Atkin
M.W, Richard Ehrlich, Tom Cannavan and Neal Martin.

An expanding range
More recently, we have added lots of wines from other areas of France - notably Provence, Burgundy, Loire Valley
and Alsace. Furthermore, we are now venturing further afield by including wines from other countries, both in Europe and the new world.
The list is growing rapidly, so keep checking back to see what's new!
We are also a founder member of the Association of Small Direct Wine Merchants
(ASDW).

New in for June 2008
We have just elevated our
wine list to a whole new level, by the addition of a range of wines
from the legendary Domaine
de Trévallon - arguably the greatest wine
estate in southern France. We have Trévallon reds
from no less than 5 different vintages - 1999, 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2005,
together with the extremely rare 2006 white (only 4,000 bottles made). These
are very fine wines, with the potential for extended cellaring, and don't
come cheap - but our prices are the cheapest single-bottle prices you
will find anywhere in the UK. So why not add a few bottles to your next
order - and sample the delights of some truly world-class wines!
Another Provence grower new to our list is Chateau
d'Estoublon, which has recently benefitted
from new and ambitious owners, who have invested a lot of time and money
- not to mention a great deal of dedication - in turning this fine old estate
into one of the best and most dynamic in the region. And, at around half
the price of the Trévallon wines, they certainly won't break the bank.
Finally, in the same shipment, we took delivery of a delicious
(and great value) pair of red and white wines from Chateau
Bellefontaine in the
Costieres de Nimes.
